My boys LOVE to work out with me when I do p90x... Gavin is doing squat jumps from "plyometrics" and Noah is holding the "twisting triangle" from the yoga dvd.

lol-- you and mark should get together! the darn guy has been ding it for 8 days and already has lost 15 pounds--- that would never happen to me!
I never get these comments in a timely fashion... I dread this workout daily. It is the antithesis of fun.
